Servant Team Application

Thanks for your interest in joining the servant team at Calvary. The Servant Team Application helps us to learn about your story and your relationship with Jesus. Once we receive your completed application, we'll have an interview with you to discuss your areas of interest, your spiritual gifts, and respond to any questions you might have!

Note: If you're interested in serving in an area of leadership (teaching, counseling, leading worship, missions, or overseeing a ministry), we'll have you respond to additional questions.
